Burger & Sauce - Coventry City Centre

Tucked right into the buzz of 27 Trinity Street, Burger & Sauce - Coventry City Centre is the kind of place you find once and crave forever. It’s not just another burger joint - it’s where comfort food meets quick bites with personality. Whether you're on your lunch break or hunting for a late-night food fix, this place gets it right.

Step inside, and the vibe immediately hits: fast-paced but friendly, no-fuss yet flavorful. It's a favourite for solo diners, groups catching up, and students squeezing in a bite between lectures. The wheelchair-accessible entrance makes the space inclusive for everyone, and the service options - from dine-in and takeaway to delivery - give you full control over how you enjoy your food.

The menu? Oh, it's more than just burgers. It’s a proper flavour playground.

Let’s start with The Original Beef Burger - a solid crowd-puller. Juicy, seasoned just right, and paired with a generous helping of sauce (because yes, they’re serious about the sauce), this classic delivers on taste without trying too hard. But if beef isn’t your jam, the Chicken Burger steals the show for poultry lovers. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and customisable with their house-made sauces - from tangy to fiery.

Speaking of sauces, they’re not just toppings; they’re a personality trait here. There’s something deeply satisfying about choosing between classic, smoky, or extra spicy to match your mood - and then watching it elevate your entire meal.

Fries are not just sides; they’re essential. The Fries are seasoned golden sticks of joy. For something indulgent, the Chicken and Cheese Fries or the Chili Cheese version take things to another level - oozing cheese, juicy bites of chicken, and a punch of heat in every forkful. Add a side of Chicken Wings, and suddenly it feels more like a feast than a snack.

Need something handheld and messy? Try the Wrap - a tortilla rolled tight with fresh fillings, a choice of protein, and of course, a signature sauce drizzle that ties it all together. It’s ideal for lunch-goers in a rush, especially paired with an icy Frappuccino or creamy Chocolate Milkshake.

Sweet cravings don’t go ignored either. Desserts aren’t flashy here, but they do the job. After a spicy Chicken Spicy Burger or cheesy Nachos, a milkshake becomes less of a treat and more of a necessity - smoothing out all that rich flavour in the most satisfying way.

And there’s something about how fast everything comes out that makes it even better. Quick bites don’t have to mean soggy or bland - and this spot proves that with every perfectly stacked hamburger and every crisp, hot portion of French Fries served. You don’t wait long, and you don’t leave hungry.

Location-wise, being in the heart of Coventry City Centre is a total win. It’s easy to reach, especially for locals and tourists weaving through the vibrant Trinity Street area. And if you’re not in the mood to dine in, delivery is a breeze - food arrives hot, fresh, and with sauces intact.

For those who like to experiment, the menu doesn’t box you in. There’s space to mix, match, double-up, or keep it simple. You can go from a basic Vada or Chicken Sandwich to a loaded platter of Burger and Fries with a Frappuccino chaser in one sitting.

So, whether you’re stopping by for a late-night snack, grabbing a bite on your lunch break, or just exploring new places to eat in Coventry, Burger & Sauce - Coventry City Centre brings bold flavour, laid-back energy, and the kind of food that doesn’t just hit the spot - it owns it.

After takin' the little bro to the Wave for the afternoon we piled in here for dinner. Ordered a chicken burger, a classic beefburger, wings and a bonus kids chicken bites meal. With drinks and using the available deal (2 meals for £12) our huge feast came to just £20. The bro loves his chicken and we both left here with huge smiles on our faces. My burger was perfect. And this is crucial here. It was perfectly cooked (expected two smash burgers but its a single thick patty), moist, juicy and just crumbled away and melted in the mouth. So perfectly tasty and has not been equalled in two subsequent visits to other branches in Shirley and Link Street where the burger and bun were dry and barely edible. This however was king. The bun was as soft as that beautiful patty. The staff were excellent. Friendly and engaging. The food was all freshly cooked and really hit the spot. We were still talking about it a week later. Top props to the staff and chef on duty during our visit. I'm not a huge fan of the fries B&S use, they are too thin, but as these were cooked fresh they were really good and held their heat for the whole meal.

Adrian saved my children and family from a fire and he’s the reason why my wife isn’t a widow. He also donate £5million to charity right in front of me. He’s the best staff you can ask for and is the reason why I come to burger and sauce (and have a reason to live)

Super tasty burgers near Pool Meadow bus station. The combo offer is the bomb. Original fried chicken burger, fries, lemon and pepper wings were all on point. Wings were fried to crispy perfection. The inside of the restaurant is clean and tidy. 15% student discount is great

Food is really good. Especially I tried Veg burger, as in veg they have 1 option but worth the buy. The sauce is specially crafted, and I loved the sauce. Very tasty and delicious. Service was really good and fast. You can try if you really want to taste a juicy burger.
